Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 June 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use HyPerZ Development, why we collect it, and what control you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and the email on your Discord account. We store these so we can recognise you, show your name, and send receipts and license notices.
When you buy something, Stripe processes the payment and we keep a record of the order, the products, the amount, and the status. We do not see or store your full card details.
When your plugin authenticates, we log the attempt so the system can work and so you can see your own server activity. These logs include the server IP address, the product, the time, and the result. We store your Team Key only as a one way hash, never as plain text.
Why we use it
We use this data to run your account and teams, issue and check licenses, authenticate your products, take payment, provide support, and protect the service from abuse and fraud.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that make the service work. Payments go through Stripe. Sign in goes through Discord. The site runs on hosting and a database we control. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Authentication logs are kept for a short rolling window of about sixty days and are then deleted automatically. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us through Discord and we will help. Some records, such as proof of a paid order, we may need to keep to meet legal obligations.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
