Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a digital product. Your license and Team Key are issued the moment your payment clears, and you can use them straight away. Because access is given immediately and cannot be taken back once it has been used, all sales are final.

You agree to immediate access

When you buy a product you ask us to deliver it to you right away. By completing checkout you consent to that immediate supply and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for a refund that would otherwise apply to digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for digital goods that are delivered on purchase.

What this means

Once a license key has been issued for your order we cannot offer a refund, because the digital product has already been delivered and accessed. This applies to plugins, mods, bundles, renewal tokens, and any other digital item on the site.

If something is wrong

Your legal rights are not affected by any of the above. If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or does not match what was advertised, you are entitled to a remedy under the law. Contact us through Discord with your order number as soon as you notice the problem. We will look into it and put it right, which usually means a fix or a replacement, and a refund where the law requires one.

Free and trial licenses

Free licenses and trials cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They are provided as they are and may be limited to prevent abuse.

Before you raise a dispute

If you are unhappy with a charge, please talk to us first through Discord. We respond quickly and almost everything can be sorted out faster that way than through a payment dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your licenses being suspended while we investigate.
