Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HyPerZ Development and everything you buy or claim here. By creating an account, buying a product, or claiming a license you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

HyPerZ Development is a seller of digital plugins and mods for ARK Unofficial servers, based in the United Kingdom. All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP).

Your account

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping access to your Discord account secure, because anyone who controls it can control your account here. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to make a purchase.

What you are buying

When you buy a product you receive a license to use that plugin or mod on the servers you operate. Each team has one Team Key, which is the credential your products send to authenticate. The license is for your own use as a server operator.

You agree not to share, resell, sublicense, or publish your Team Key or our files, and not to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the authentication system. Doing any of these things is a breach of these terms and lets us revoke your licenses without a refund.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe and may be completed by card, Klarna, or PayPal where available. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices and discounts may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Updates and support

Where a product description promises updates and bug fixes, we provide them as part of the license at no extra cost. We work to keep the authentication service available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime outside our reasonable control.

Free and trial licenses

Some products offer a free license or a time limited trial. These are provided as they are, on the same terms as paid licenses, and we may limit or withdraw them to prevent abuse.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your access and revoke licenses if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to defraud us or another user. You can stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
